Exciting News: The Lakeland Adult Soccer League is Back!
The much-awaited return of the Lakeland Adult Soccer League has finally arrived, and we’re currently accepting registrations! The summer league commences June 8th, holding matches every Saturday morning at Lakeland Prep Athletic Annex, situated at 9651 Old Brownsville Rd.
This season brings an exhilarating twist as we’re introducing a 7v7 format. Bear in mind, each team will take accountability for supplying their jerseys and organizing their training routines autonomously, as the city, unfortunately, won’t be providing practice fields or specific practice times.
Fans of friendly banters and intense contests alike can look forward to two league variations this year: a competitive league and a recreational one. To keep up the competitive spirit, a minimum of four teams are required to form a league. Matches are scheduled to run from June 8th to July 27th, typically slated between 9:00 AM and noon.
The registration fee per team is a reasonable $300.00, and please note that registration will conclude on May 26th. If you wish to register, just click here. If you have any questions, or are in need of additional details, feel free to contact the recreation department via email at recreation@lakelandtn.org or give us a call at (901) 867-2717.
Enroll today and become part of an exciting summer soccer adventure.
